How do I create an accout?

You can create a CAVLAMER account by going to "Create an account" page, fill in you details, click Register to confirm and you're done!

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password, simply go to login page, click "Forgot my password", enter your email and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, plese add your product or products to your basket, and proceed to the Ckeckout.

How can I contact you?

How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account and era all your personal information from our system, please email us at info@cavlamer.com

How can I update my account details?

You can update most your personal details by under MY ACCOUNT section.

My email address is no longer valid. What should I do?

If you lost your email address and you're not able to login or reset your password, please email us at info@cavlamer.com and we'll update your account with the new details.

How can I unsubscribe from your emails?

If you want to unsubscribe from our emails, simply click on Unsubscribe button and the email of our email.

What payments methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment card including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and more.

What should I do if the payment has been declined?

If you payment has been declined please contact your bank or your payments provider for support or try to use a different card.

Is my transaction secure?

When you purchase from our website, you can be assured that the payment is safe and secure. Your credit card details are secured by SSL Encrypted technology.

Do you offer Klarna payments, Pay in 3 or other financing options?

At the moment we offer card payments only.

Shipping & Returns

What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us at info@cavlamer.com and we'll do our best to update the address for you before the order is shipped.

What is your Return Policy?

If you're not happy with CAVLAMER products, you can return theproduct to us within 30 days period. Please contact info@cavlamer.com to setup the return. Visit our Return & Refunds Policy for more information.

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to track your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for limited times only, and for all orders over 150 EUR.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all EU countries, USA, and Asia.
Note: Temporarly we suspended all orders to Ukraine and Russia.

How long the delivery will take?

EU: 3-5 business working days
USA, ASIA: 5-7 business working days.

What happens if I receive the wrong order?

If you have received the wrong products with your order, please email info@cavlamer.com along with your order number and we'll work out to resolve the issue.

How do I apply the discount code?

The discount codes can be applied at the checkout.

I forgot to add my discount code. Can I add it after I placed the order?

All discount codes must be applied prior placing the order, during the checkout process.

What should I do if my order is damaged or broken?

We are really sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@cavlamer.com and we'll find a way to fix the issue.

I haven't received my order yet?

Please use the tracking number to check your order status. If experience issues, please email us at info@cavlamer.com.
